About this website

This website is operated by Anneli Müller Physiotherapy, Unit 3, West Suites, Lady Pohamba Private Hospital, Frankie Fredericks Street, Windhoek, Namibia. It provides information about our services and lets you request an appointment.

No medical advice

The content on this website is general information about physiotherapy and our practice. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it does not replace consulting a qualified healthcare professional. See our Medical Disclaimer for detail.

Requesting an appointment

  • Submitting the online form does not reserve or confirm an appointment. Reception will check availability and contact you to confirm.
  • You must give accurate contact details — we use them to confirm, remind and, if necessary, reschedule your appointment.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early. Arriving late may shorten your session, as the following patient's time cannot be used.
  • We may need to move or cancel an appointment (for example due to practitioner illness or an emergency). We will contact you as soon as possible and offer the earliest alternative.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot make an appointment, so the slot can be offered to another patient. Contact reception to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled at short notice or missed without notice may be charged for, in line with normal practice policy. Medical aid schemes generally do not cover missed appointments.

Fees, payment and medical aid

Fees are quoted on request and are payable on the day of treatment unless other arrangements have been made. Where we submit a claim to your medical aid on your behalf, you remain responsible for any amount the scheme does not pay, including co-payments, shortfalls and rejected claims.

Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Make false, fraudulent or automated appointment requests, or requests you do not intend to keep.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the appointment-request form or any patient data.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site, or use it in a way that breaks any law.
  • Copy, republish or commercially exploit content from the site without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, layout and design — belongs to Anneli Müller Physiotherapy or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and appointment-request form available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice. If the form is unavailable, please contact reception directly.

The site may link to third-party websites (for example maps or WhatsApp). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
